Could I have your opinion on this?

I think it really does depend on the reason that him and his ex broke up, if she broke it off,then yeah he could be moving on two quickly,but if he broke it off he may have had a good reason.Such as he was begginning to become uninterested in her,or perhaps they were just never that close in the first place.It is a tough call.
