I think I have "go-Google...go-yahoo" Trojan. phony websites have me running in circles. PLEASE help.?

All resources say in Devmgmt.msc, "TDSSserv.Sys" should be "disabled" as it will reinsert itself if you use "uninstall". I don't find Disable, just uninstall...and yes, it keeps coming back and each time it does more bizarre things. I am just about crippled here, even in safe mode. Please...somebody try to help...
