O.K. I have figured out how to cure a sinus infection without antibiotics.Now I need to know how to de-congest?

without using a decongestant like Allegra D or Zyrtec D...I have been on them for years and keep trying to come off and within one day I get immense face pressure and my eyes get red and swollen!!! I can't stay on this med forever so do you know of a natural decongestant that really works?? I breath in steamy vicks and that does not work...any ideas???
