I have a question about Harold's May 21 doomsday thing?

Okay, I don't believe its gonna happen, I'm just wondering, if the earthquakes start in New Zealand, and end in Los Angeles, does that mean us people in Hurst, Texas will be safe? Honestly, nothing bad has ever happened in Hurst. Sure thunderstorms come and we get hail and tornado warnings(they never hit though.) And we've never had eathquakes, floods,or anything. Will we be safe today too?
