What are the requirements for Unemployment & Workers Comp?

I live in Ohio and back in August I was injured at work by falling and I've been in and out of doctors since. The injury is slowly getting better and I've been working steadily since. Though I had to change postions to keep within my work restrictions. Since the 20th I haven't been able to work because our contract has ended and my company has very limited positions open at their other contracts. Is it possible to collect Workers Comp for being off work, even though it's because they don't have a position open in general, much less one that meets my work restrictions? My second question is about Unemployment, if I can't get Worker's Comp, could I collect unemployment even though they've offered my a part time position on the weekends for 16 hrs?
