I want a career in the gaming industry do I begin?

I'm 17 male, finished school bit studying a levels, I've got 8 GCSE, ping maths English science. I am lost where to start! I'm decent at all games on all platforms, how do I become a game tester, designer etc.... Any answers would really help, thanks!
