You ever think that we can solve the illegal immigration issue by going outside the USA?

If the American government is allowed to spend it's taxpayers money on dismantling the Iraqi government, then why don't they spend some money on reinforcing and isting the Mexican police/military in their war on drugs? I'm pretty sure we would be able to dismantle the drug cartels in under a month. Maybe then they'll stop hopping the fence...
