You got it! But - you've gotta make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements - or it aint gonna happen! Get off junk food completely & no fast food garbage. No smoking, no booze, no drugs. No sugary sweet soda's. Eat plenty of boiled or steamed veggies. Get on a good, balanced, healthy diet & stick to it. Snack on fresh raw fruit & veggies. Drink plenty of water & fat free
