Really need iPod help...PLEASE!!! importing?

i really need help importing videos from ares onto my ipod. i already know how to put music on, and i have tried every thing they tell me to try, both automatic, and manual. please help me!, i want to do this before saturday because i am leaving on a 4 hour drive...thnks so so so so so so so so so so much :)
