1995 mercury tracer trio ( heating problems) blower?

was going down the road last night heater blower was working and then all the sudden nothing was coming out . the air conditioner light comes on but no air movement also no heat movement either was wondering what the problem would be if i have check all the fuses and they all check out fine would the blower moter just quit quietly with no other noise or info? just stopped
