A few questions about blackjack?

ok there is a school that you can go to and from there you walk up to any pit and ask if you can try out ...make sure you wear white shirt black pants black shoe and socks only thing white is your shirt ...if you do this and walk from 1 casino to another you will be hired in 2hr ..be advice pay suck and you have to share your tips with 3 shift ...so if some one give you 5000 tip you dont get to keep it ..it put in pool ...problem with this is that most don't trust the pool captain ...but good luck if i have a choice i would deal poker i get to keep my tips to my self ...
