How much is this worth?????

A grand at the most. Pro is worth about 200-250, board is pretty much inconsequential (100-200 max), HDD is dirt cheap (1TB costs about a buck and a quarter). RAM is always pretty cheap unless it's fast high brand stuff, a standard DVD burner is about 40 bucks. PSU and case should kick it up to about a grand.
