What are some great fps out there for xbox 360?

Even though it kind of goes against some of the criteria that you have listed, (mainly the gore and language, however, there is no nudity to speak of) my favorite FPS, atleast for the 360, is the 'Gears of War' series, there are two out so far, and a third coming out in, I believe, September/October.
