Name of a 90's cartoon show?

What about B.A.D. - Bureau of Alien Detectors. I've never seen it, but I looked at an internet archive and found a description that seems to fit yours. Aliens, teams, psychic powers, and morphing abilities are all in this show. It's in a cartoon archive so I'm uming it's not live action, and it aired for only one season in '96.
