Baby birds need moving! What should I do?!?

I found a nest of baby birds under the metal lid of our propane tank about a week ago. The propane guy is coming tomorrow to refill the tank and I don't know where to put the birds in the mean time. The propane tank is sitting on a concrete foundation so I was thinking about just putting the nest under the tank until the guy is done. Any advise???? I don't want to harm the birds or have the mother desert them. Thanks =)

Is looking at a form of cheating?

I know that you can set your own standards of what is and isnt cheating in a relationship. for example: some people are okay with their partner flirting or what not while others are not. Where would i stand with my little boy?

This is very difficult to explain but here goes...over the past year my partner, myself and our children have gone through hell and back with all the essments and appointments for our son and are finally coming towards a diagnosis.Medical proffessionals have told me my sons on the autistic spectrum but are not quite sure yet as to which type of autism it is. Now there is another problem...my partner works within an industry that is contaminated with lead and we have recently disscovered that his lead levels are a hugh 52 which is above action level. only through finding this out have i gone onto the internet and found plenty of info about illnesses and problems this can bring into the home and to my horror over half of them my son has suffered with. He is now going to under go blood tests again for lead poisioning so there is now another factor. I feel really sad about this and so annoyed that we have never been made aware of the companys health and safety where lead is concered. We never knew how serious this was until i looked on the laptop and i feel like our son may have suffered at the hands of my partners boss. Also because it could of effected him as a baby and was in his system as his brain was developing then nothing can be done only bring the levels down if they are high. Another symptom is low iron and we was actually told 3 months ago off our sons doctor that he has no iron stores and he is on medication for that. we are coming closer to his diagnosis but now this fact is there to look at in great detail and as it stands i cant imagine it being true. My partner does not even get protective clothing and has only just been told he has to wash his clothes at work. Are we supposed to just know all this without a boss telling us. I am pregnant with our 3rd child and i have just found out that lead goes into a mans sperm and can cause misscarriages and stillbirths. I am very confused right now. If our son has suffered because of this i will be taking this firm through court- its so wrong- but would i stand a chance?? 4 year old says teacher bullied her at preschool- what should be done?

My four year old is in her second year at a preschool/elementary school. Last year the year started well but toward the end she seemed to be struggling with something and refused to talk about anthing re: her few mornings a week at school. I has umed that the problem lay with a couple of the girls not including her in play and so I spoke a few times with the her teachers about it. Each time they said there were no problems at all. About halfway thru the year one of the teachers ignored me completely when I picked up and dropped off my daughter and continued this strangely cold beavior until the end of the year. She was cool and distant to me on a daily basis but at each conference, alongside her co-teacher and boss, said only positives and niceties re: my daughter so I shrugged off her coolness as me and her just not hitting it off personally (never shrug off such a glaring problem). It nagged me that hse was so petty and unprofessional but I didn't piece it together. Despite all the positive feedback from her teachers and they're inistence my concerns were unfounded, my then 3 yo daughter seemed uncharacteristically mum about school and her once bubbly, highly spirited and sparkling personality seemed to be fading. I was worried but others suggested that it could be a phase etc. Well, my now 4 yo daughter is back at the school, now in preK (we debated on whether to resend her to this same school) and she suddenly "confessed" to me today that one of her teachers last year was "mean" to her and had "always yelled" at her "even at recess, lunch and circle time." This was not a casual conversation. Clearly she felt this was a scary subject to broach and was seeking help. I had asked her why she doesn't say hello or goodbye to her current teachers earlier in the day and I think it stirred up her wound. Later in her bath she asked to role play with a number of toys - yes, on her own she asked if one of the toys could be her teacher from last year and one her old teacher's boss. She told the boss that the old teacher had been mean but didn't yell at any of the other kids like she did to her and it had hurt her feelings. This role playing went on for a while. I told her I would speak to her old teacher and the boss and she responded by saying she'd like to talk to her too. She said she was "dumb" when she was 3 but now she is "smart" and knows that "not just hitting is bad" but so is "being mean." I cannot stress enough that this was not play acting and not a light-hearted fun convo. She was clearly getting this off her chest and seemed relieved about it all. I KNEW that something was up last year but didn't dig deep enough and now feel I made a huge mistake. My once incredibly bubbly and spirited child acts withdrawn, sullen, and nervous when in school. At home she is pretty much her true self but tellingly lost the confidence she had regained over the summer break only weeks after her return to school. What to do??? Do I call for a meeting and have her tell the teacher her feelings as she has requested? or do I go straight to the Director and tell it all? She says her new teachers are not mean and don't yell like the old one but this revelation has left me wondering about the place. She asked if her current teachers could keep her "safe" from the old teacher. I am not sure how to proceed. Your thoughts and advice truly appreciated. I feel over my head and treading carefully as I know the next steps could affect her views on school and her trust and faith in me as well. Thank you.

The movie itself was based on an alien appearance but with nothing happening and the president and his staff thinking about what decision to make and if the aliens are friendly or not. i think dyslexia is hereditary. my dad has it very mildly but my younger sisters have it. i asked my mum and she said that she knew because they found it really hard to read. they would get letters like b and d misked up and p and q. they would never remember words like the and stuff after reading them. there reading books were much easier than everyone elses in there cl. things like that but my mum made them have extra cles especially for dyslexia and then took them to a dyslexic centre to get tested. now they get a bit of extra time in exams for tests as their reading is quite slow and more help in cl. they were like 4 when my mum noticed something and by 7 they had been tested and everything. good luck

2000 plymouth Neon Brain Box Crash?

So I have a 2000 plymouth Neon, just bought it, and knew it needed a little work because it would do this stutter thing like some part of the power would touch for 1/8 of a second then stop and pulsate. We took it in to a garage and the guys hooked it up to the diagnostic computer and said the cam sensor and the Crankshaft sensor needed to be replaced. They did this, and now the car wont start. They played around with it for a few days and decided that it was the "brain box", or the PCM (computer) that crashed. My dad tells me that they are easy to break when the person working on it doesn't know what they are doing. The car in great condition before, whats the likleyhood of this happening "by itself".

Whenever I go to a party or function I include him. Unless it's one of the few girls nights out. With him he doesn't give me the same treatment. I just got done reading this book and I was wondering if anybody else had a hard time emotionaly relating to either Frederic or Catherine... they just seemed so shallow. The mom was highly upset (of course they - mom and kids - expected more). The mom felt the oldest should be provided w/more than the youngest due to some behavior issues. So, he gave in and took $50 from the youngest and instructed the oldest to use it along with the $60 he had already given them for a gift for the mom. Mom wanted a g/c to an all day spa which cost $150+. The kids spent most of their money on the mom and their younger sibling (different father), b/c they said she would get mad if they hadn't. I personally think this is wrong! I told him that if he continues with this gift giving to the mom, spending all of this extra money, etc. I was filing for divorce. His response, "I feel I have an obligation to do this and I'm going to continue". So, I asked him what was he going to do when the child support decreased by %50 in a few months (because I know the mom is going to be angry). From his response I gathered that he was going to start giving the money to the child who was going to give it to the mom. Now, don't get me wrong I do believe he should help w/college expenses but not give a monetary allowance. I believe the child should use work-study and/or her part-time job for spending money. She's going to continue staying at home (she wanted to go away but the mom convinced her not to so dad could continue sending money). I have kids as well from my previous marriage (one grown and one is 16). Yes, I may help my adult child on occasion but it is not everyday, every week or every month. I even make my 16 yr old contribute $25 to his/her cell phone monthly. I want to instill independence and responsibility in my kids. Am I wrong for stating that he should do they same with his kids? As for the lessons, I'm not sure how much you would need in the currency there, but I would guess anywhere between 100 to 150 euros for a good lesson from a pro coach for a few hours. Of course you wouldn't have to pay as much if you took group lessons to start off so you can split the costs with others. Is it safe to bottle feed a baby in their crib in order to get them to fall asleep?

I have a 3 month old that has a hard time falling asleep on his own. I've tried pacifiers and picking him up after he fusses for a few minutes, but none of that works anymore. The only way he will fall asleep in the crib is when I feed him a couple of ounces from a bottle while he is in the crib. Eventually when he falls asleep I take the bottle out of his mouth, but I need to know if this is safe or not. Any advice would be great because I don't want this to become a habbit for him.

When I was working on my first degree, 1984-1988, I attended a school where there were no black students...at least I never saw them. Actually I had not thought about it until now. When I went to work on my nursing degree I was in a school that was color blind so to speak.We had one black frat and no black sorority. It depends on the brand of food and the kitten. Some kittens just naturally eat more than others. Also, some cheep brands are low in nutrients and high in coloring, while other cheep brands are not. Same with more expensive brands as well! Just make sure you read the lables clearly and see what each food has in it. Just because a kitten isn't getting the right nutrition usually will not make them eat any more because they are already full.. like if you feed a kid a huge salad or a box of doughnuts.. he's still full when he's full reguardless on if he gets the right amount of nutrition.

What is wrong with my partner?

Hey all im needing some advice, my partner and i have been together for about 18 months, everything was going great (if a little fast) and last November we were going to move in together. 2 days b4 we were ready to move he broke up with me, we got back together a few days later and i just put it down to him having cold feet. Everything was good again until February this year, when on a night out he broke up with me again, he said some really horrible things to me and also told me that the reason he broke up with me in the November is because he had a one night stand with another girl, although they didn't actually have . Anyway 6 weeks later we got back together AGAIN. About 3 months ago he asked if he could move in with me, i said yes aslong as he wasn't going to change his mind at the last minute as it wasn't fair to me or my 8 yr old child (not his child) Anyway things have been fab between us, until yesterday when he started being really quiet and subdued again, i told him last nite i didn't like it when he was like this as i get paranoid as its the way he was acting before the 2 times that he broke up with me. He didn't answer me!!! I know he has alot on his mind just now, he is a construction worker and in the current climate he is not always guaranteed work and to make things worse his car broke down yesterday and would cost more to fix than its actually worth!!!
