Ex-boyfriend said "I love you!" during ?

My ex and I have been broken up for 2 months and we slept together for the first time last night. (I had propositioned him). Anyway, in the middle of it, he said "God, I love you".. I didn't say anything because I figured it was just a heat of the moment thing. What do you think?
