How can India goto the FIFA worldcup? (i know not anytime soon but maybe 20 or 30 years from now)?

I want to see India goto FIFA world cup and compete against European and south American power houses of soccer before i die, well I'm 23 so i have lots of time (hopefully). So with a country thats overly obsessed with cricket, Parents forcing their kids into something other than what they actually want to pursue in life and no money how can they ever goto the world cup? But wait...money? if they have money for cricket equipment than buying a soccer ball, cleats and shin pads...geez i think should be around the same price? personally Soccer is way more fun and entertaining than cricket so what's this boring cricket stuff?? so why can't other kids out of that huge population see what i see that cricket is boring? and go about pursuing soccer?? maybe the media should help promote it? need more sponsors for facilities? start teaching kids soccer at ground level, meaning in schools? any other suggestions??
