Why can't the embargo on Cuba be lifted now?This should be left to the U.S. voters to decide,who agrees?

I agree with you that keeping an embargo on Cuba is useless. But until Castro is dead the embargo will remain in place. Since GWB thinks he is God he does as he pleases. Look at his popularity and the numbers of Americans who feel we should get out of Iraq. But, GWB doesn't care what the American people want, or even to save his party.
